Meet the Trainers

Toli Miherinas

Toli Miherinas has been teaching group fitness and personal training in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. He was an elite world class athlete specializing in 100m, 200m and long jump. He has obtained the following certificates: ACSM Personal trainer, ICS Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, AFAA Group Fitness and Yoga instructor and STOTT Pilates trainer and instructor. Other certifications include Adaptive Water Exercise, Bosu Ball, TRX, Yoga Wall, Spin, and Kickboxing. He has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Health & Wellness. He has worked as a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor at elite fitness centers for the last 25 years. While he has successfully trained individuals, of all ages, coming to him with a spectrum of fitness and health goals, ranging from competitive bodybuilding to maintaining health, while fighting disease, chronic pain and a variety of medical conditions, his passion lies in teaching individuals to replace unhealthy lifestyle habits with healthy ones.

Toli views each client as an individual, with his or her own unique needs, which he strives to address in each Wellness training program. His approach to fitness is multifaceted, emphasizing personal awareness, proper body alignment, a muscle balance approach, mindfulness and proper nutrition. He believes that teaching preventative care is the best medicine to living ones’ best life.

Gail Limjoco

Gail Limjoco is an ACE Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & an AFFA Group Fitness Instructor, with a TRX Group Fitness specialty. She has also received a certificates for PNF Stretching, Corrective Movement Evaluation and The IDEA World Nutrition & Behavior Change Summit. Her specialty is in one on one or small group Health & Wellness coaching for all population groups and in teaching integrated group fitness classes, comprised of people with and without disabilities. Her training is designed to address stability training first, including lower resistance and higher repetitions on safe yet unstable surfaces, in order to encourage neuromuscular and balance progression through a full range of motion, prior to incorporating strength and power building. She also addresses speed, agility and quickness development in order to improve an individuals’ ability to safely and successfully complete daily living activities, with greater ease. Gail has been an Education Specialist, teaching children and adults functional daily life skills and academics for over 20 years. While, she has taught individuals of varying ability levels and ages, her specialty is in teaching people with moderate to severe disabilities, including cerebral palsy, downs syndrome, autism and many more. She also has a Master’s of Science Degree in Counseling and Psychology and successfully implements a multitude of Behavioral Change Programs based on individual assessments and ongoing evaluations, using her training from all specialty areas including, Special Education, Counseling and Health & Wellness.

Gail has had a passion for nutrition and exercise for as long as she can remember. She has completed 6 marathons and three tri-athlons in her younger years. Today, she enjoys her daily workout programs, while maintaining balance in her life, working full-time as a teacher, coaching part-time and raising her two beautiful girls, Ariana & Kaelani!
